Child You Love
When the child you love has a child you love with all that is within you,
only then will you know just how grand being a grandparent truly is.

Daughter
Daughter, it seemed like but a moment to me, I closed my eyes and there stood a woman where my little girl used to be. You held my hand as a child, and it is always there for you, should you ever have the need, as you hold my heart now and for all eternity.

I Miss You
My mind knows that you are in a better place where there is no pain. You are at peace. I understand that, I just wish I could explain it to my heart. There is an empty space in it that nothing will ever fill. I grieve, but I know my tears are for me. We will be together again. Until then, my love will always be with you.

I Can Smile
I can smile because I know where I have been, I know where I am,
and when this life is over thanks to God I know where I will be.

I Am Blessed
I am blessed. I have family and friends that love me and I know it.
There may be clutter in my home, but I can see it.
There may be noise that disturbs my sleep, but I can hear it.
Life may be hard at times, but I am alive to face it, and while my life may not be perfect, I do love it.

Spend With My Family And Friends
Thank you God for giving me another day to spend with my family and friends.
In honor of this gift from you, there is no way that I will let this day
end with a whimper from me when I can end it with an AMEN.

The Years Begin
As the years begin to add up for those you love,

A child of God Should
A child of God should be like a rose in a field of
green, no matter how many weeds there are,
the rose is easily seen. If the light of God shining in your life others do not see,
you may need to ask yourself if you are in fact a child of God, or just another weed.
